Refund & Return Policy

Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (such as WordPress templates, plugins, and downloadable resources), we do not generally issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place. We will consider refund requests under the following conditions within 7 days of your purchase:

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues, you did not receive a delivery email or the download link is broken, and our support team cannot fix it.
• Major Defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If the product has a major technical flaw and our support team fails to fix it within 72 hours of your report.
• Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason must provide clear evidence proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for the following situations:

• You changed your mind after purchasing and downloading the product.
• You purchased the item by mistake.
• You do not have sufficient expertise or technical skills to use the WordPress template or plugin.
• The item is incompatible with a third-party plugin, script, or hosting environment not specified in our documentation.
• You are unable to install the template because your hosting environment does not meet minimum WordPress requirements.

When requesting a refund, please provide your Order Number and a detailed explanation of the issue (including screenshots if possible). Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
